Duties Responsibilities: • Assist lead installers in preparing work sites, organizing materials, and cleaning up job sites.
• Learn and support installation of various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
• Help with equipment maintenance and setup.
• Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements Requirements: •
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.

Physical Stamina: This role involves bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
•
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of detail in all work.
•
Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•
Willingness to Learn: Experience in flooring, carpeting, or construction is helpful but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!
Nice To Haves - Flooring installation experience not necessary but helpful
- Construction trade experience not necessary but helpful
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
