Job Description

Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking to hire a Night Kitchen Clearner to join the team! If you enjoy cleaning and organizing, attention to detail, and a late night schedule this may be the role for you!

Classification: Full-Time

Schedule: Availability from 9p-7am required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly rate : $24.30 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Past hotel experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

As a Night Kitchen Cleaner, you will be responsible for the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
  • Ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
  • Wash, degrease and scrub all floors
  • Clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
  • Keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean
  • Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves.
