Research Analyst – Incentives & Compliance

We are seeking a Research Analyst – Incentives & Compliance to support the execution, documentation, and ongoing compliance of government incentive and tax credit programs. This is a junior professional role designed to support high-impact work through research, tracking, and documentation under the direction of senior leadership.

This role is not entry-level administrative support. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in maintaining accuracy, organization, and audit readiness for programs with real financial and regulatory importance.

What You'll Do

• Research federal, state, and local regulatory guidance related to incentive and tax credit programs
• Summarize regulatory requirements and prepare internal reference materials
• Maintain documentation files, evidence logs, and compliance tracking tools
• Assist with data collection from finance, operations, payroll, and other departments
• Support audit preparation and documentation requests under direction
• Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and program deliverables
• Monitor regulatory updates and flag changes for further review

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or related field)

• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working under direction in a regulated environment
